This is the most preferred style of massage today, utilizing soothing strokes that promote  relaxation and relieves muscle tension.  This is a full body massage designed to de-stress and rejuvenate. You can choose your preferred duration from 50, 80 or 100 minutes.

Hot Stone massage uses heated basalt stones to warm muscles and relieve pain.  The stones are used in a gliding motion similar to the Swedish Massage but with the added benefit of heat.  This type of massage is exceptional at relaxing muscles without extreme pressure. This enhancement is offered with all Swedish Massages with no additional change.

Aromatherapy is an enhancement that can be added to any service.  Lavender aromatherapy is used for relaxation and calming.  Eucalyptus aromatherapy is used for pain relief, congestion and stress relief. This enhancement is offered with all Swedish massages with no additional change.

Deep Tissue massage is for the more painfully strained muscles.  This method is used to target specific muscles.  Using slow, deep strokes to alleviate the strain.  This enhancement is offered with all Swedish massages with no additional change.

Prenatal massage is for any woman  that is pregnant.  This type of massage caters to your body while it is changing. It assists your body in relaxing in preparation for delivery. This service is offered at the Swedish massage rate with no additional change.
